As pictured in my last “Arm Party” upload below, there is a particular bracelet/cuff glitzed and glammed out beyond belief. (Can be bought here.) This bracelet is by the designer known as Alexis Bittar. I remember being first attracted to the piece due to its unique cuff shape & its shine which you can see from across a room. I noticed that the designer had the same last name as my uncle & aunt, also adding that most of my family works in the jewelry industry, led me to become a very curious girl. Bittar is a Brooklyn native who started young in the jewelry industry. His charming story starts out on his 13th birthday when his parents gave him a box filled with antique jewelry (read more here). Now I sit here drooling constantly at every piece released, not to mention his amazingly designed lookbook! Filled with animals, & even a fried egg, this bizarre lookbook is something I have not come across before from a jewelry designer.
Side note: Sadly we are not related!

proud to say that I have updated my portfolio site!

Someone recently brought this to my attention, and I am obsessed with how small my puppy looks! (Not very fond of Mark’s long hair, thank goodness it doesn’t look like that anymore!)
